We’re delighted you’ve chosen Maya Magal jewellery and hope you adore your new piece! However, if you need to return it, we offer 14 days of free returns for UK orders.

How to Return:
Contact us directly to initiate your free return.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and items must be unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
For gift returns, please provide the name or email of the original purchaser.

Important Notes:

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings (non-bespoke) can only be returned if in their original sealed, unopened packaging.

Sets & Gifts with Purchase: Products sold as part of a set or with a Gift with Purchase must be returned together for eligibility.

Personalised/Bespoke Items: Engraved, customised, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Gift Packaging: This is non-refundable unless damaged/faulty.
