Returns Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable unless faulty. For personalised and bespoke creations, refunds are only possible if the item arrives faulty. To initiate a return, simply contact us for the correct returns address and ensure items are sent back in pristine, unused condition with their original packaging intact.
Don’t forget to include your order number—it helps us process your refund swiftly. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return and holding onto the tracking details until your refund is confirmed. Once received, we aim to process refunds within 1-2 working days, although this may extend slightly during peak seasons. If you’d prefer to exchange your item for another, just let us know your order number and share a link to the desired replacement piece. Please note that shipping costs, including gift wrap and note services, are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How long will it take to receive a bespoke or customised piece?
This will be discussed during the design process, but on average you should receive your jewellery within 2 weeks.
What materials do you use?
I use sterling silver and gold fill for jewellery, along with an array of semi precious stones, freshwater pearls and high quality crystal beads.
Hair accessories are made from plated components, if you would like sterling silver or gold fill then please get in touch and I will be happy to help.
What is gold fill?
Gold fill is a solid layer of gold permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. It is very hard wearing and under normal conditions of wear it will not peel or flake like gold plate, which only contain a microscopic amount of gold. By law it is required to compromise 5% gold by weight.
What delivery service do you use?
Jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise specified in the item description. It is also possible to upgrade to next day delivery at checkout.
Is your packing eco friendly?
My gift boxes are made from re-cycled card and are fully recyclable. Wherever possible I re-use postage boxes and envelopes, or use fully recyclable cardboard boxes along with plastic free packing tape.
Can I have a gift sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can. There is also the option to add a handwritten gift note with your order. I use letterbox friendly packaging (other than for bridal hair accessories) so it will always be delivered even if the lucky recipient is not home. Please add your message in the notes section when ordering.
